Managing Director/CEO: Mudiaga Okumagba
Chief Mudiaga Okumagba is the MD/CEO of Infiven Ltd
He has over 25 years of experience in supply chain and is a renowned authority in Sales and Communications: having served in Nigerian Airways (in Corporate Communications) and United Distillers & Vinters as a Sales Executive.
While at Red Star Express, Mudiaga has assumed various key roles within the company over the years; which include as a Commercial Coordinator, Key Account Manager, Assistant General Manager (for Red Star Support Services). Head of Group Sales at Red Star Express Pic, a Deputy General Manager and now a General Manager. He has the distinction of managing 3 of the 7 subsidiaries at Red Star Express Plc at different periods (Red Star Freight, Red Star Support Services, & Red Star Agro Trade Services).
He is highly experienced in different business core areas, especially Negotiation and Pricing. Business Development, Cost Control, Market Penetration, Supply Chain and Operations Management. He has a relentless drive for excellence as well as a strong dedication to employee relations.
Mudiaga holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology from the Ambrose Ali University. Ekpoma (formerly known as Bendel State University), and a Master’s in Business Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is an Alumnus of the Senior Management Program at the Lagos Business School. He has, at various times, attended Trainings within and outside the country in areas of Leadership. Sales and Marketing, and Key Account Management.
He is also professionally recognised as a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria, Member of the Institute of Directors of Nigeria, Member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria. Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Transport Administration of Nigeria.
He is an alumnus of the FedEx GSP 2 Management Development Training, the Bullet Proof Manager Programme by Crestcom as well as the Leadership Institute, Memphis, USA.
He is also well recognized and holds not one but two traditional Chieftaincy titles from two different areas of his state and was bestowed on him by the people of Warri, Delta state Nigeria. He is firstly the URHUKPE of OKERE-URHOBO Kingdom and then th OHWOESIRI of AGBARHA-OTOR Kingdom.

Deputy Managing Director/COO: Kes Okumagba
Chief (Mrs) Kes Okumagba is the Deputy Managing Diretor/Chief Operating Officer of Infiven Ltd with over 20 years experience as an HR Specialist and Corporate Administrator who is passionate about people-centered development as well as strategic decision making.
She is highly experienced in different business core areas, especially in business/project execution, Training, Staff welfare and Compliance Management. She has a relentless drive for excellence as well as a strong dedication to employee relations.
Kes holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology from the Edo State University, Edo State, an Advance Diploma Course in Human Resources Management from the University of Lagos and a Masters in Business Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
She is also professionally recognized as a Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management and holds a traditional Chieftaincy titles bestowed on her by the people of Warri, Delta state Nigeria. She is known as The Oroh of Okere-Urhobo Kingdom of Warri, Delta State
